Exquisite detail with good sense of humour. Thanks.
I continue to be amazed at your instinct for beauty and your ability to capture it with an artist’s eye. Thanks, sister sue’s friend.
John, you should be working for the NFLD Tourist industry! Or are you?
Beautiful!
John,
wonderful photos, bring back memories of my only trip to the Great Northern Peninsula more than a decade ago.
At Western pond I lingered after the boat riders had left, only to imagine encountering moose at every turn on the hike out.
Grenfell Mission was well known in my family as the destination to which all the mittens and scarves knit by the church ladies were sent.
Enjoying your trip reports,
Louise
All is well with the plants.
Thanks Louise. The moose are certainly there! I’ll be at the Grenfell museum today.
Definitely The Loafers’ bets photographer!
Praise from such a source is praise imdeed! 🙂
Beautiful evocations of this beautiful place, John. Makes me all the more hungry to get down there and retrace your steps !!
It sure is a fantastic corner of the planet up here! Thanks, Mike
