What a calm modulated voice describing the miracle of Petrie Island Pete’s spring emmergence. You can feel the underlying excitement and anticipation prior to Pete making his appearance. Yes! He came yet again and the world continues to turn.

You might like reading about the prairie dogs in Utah–Terry Tempest Williams’ book “Finding Beauty in a Broken World.” the middle section is about standing watch for days over a whole set of towns and villages!
